Superstar chef Marcus Samuelsson of New York's Aquvit returns to the land of his ancestors to cook at Sheraton Addis during the New Year's Millennium Celebrations. Samuelsson, who was orphaned in Ethiopia, was adopted by a Swedish family as an infant.
